Description
The Undertaker can be traced back to 1979 when Chris Russell, a friend of fly tyer Wayne Duncan, noticed another angler landing two salmon before losing one and breaking off the hook point. Russell retrieved the damaged fly and brought it to Duncan, who couldn’t find an exact match. This inspired Duncan to create the Undertaker, a pattern that’s now a favorite among steelhead and salmon anglers.
