Our Premium Goat is not your average goat hair—it has a very fine texture, exceptional softness, and is longer than most other goat hair on the market. It is perfect as wing material on larger tube flies for salmon, sea trout, or steelhead. It can also be used for larger streamers and pike flies, but due to its softness, it works best in combination with bucktail or other stiffer materials.
