Ordering

Naukeli.com is open 24 hours a day, allowing you to shop at your convenience. However, please note that the store may occasionally close for maintenance, during which time purchases cannot be made.

To shop, simply add your desired items to the “shopping cart.” You can review and adjust the contents and prices of your selected items at any time before finalizing your order.

Additional charges, such as shipping and customs fees, will be calculated after you enter your shipping address, just before you complete your payment.

When you’re ready to proceed, click on “Proceed to checkout.” You’ll then be prompted to provide your name, address, email, phone number, and choose your payment and shipping methods.

You can continue to modify the contents of your shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by clicking the “Place order” button. Once your order is submitted, it will be processed by Naukeli.com.

By placing an order on Naukeli.com, you agree to enter into a purchase agreement with us. To process your order and to reach you if necessary, we require information such as your name, address, email, and phone number. This information is essential for handling your order and addressing any issues, such as out-of-stock items or backorders. Your order is finalized upon completing the customer information form and confirming your purchase. You will then receive an order confirmation via email.

Prices and Backorders

All prices on this page are listed in EUR and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of purchase. Occasionally, a product may be out of stock or available for backorder when you place your order. We strive to fulfill all backorders within 5 working days. If we’re unable to do so, we will notify you by email. Payment will only be deducted from your account once your order has been shipped.

Your payment will be deducted from your account when the order is shipped from our warehouse. All payments are processed through a secure connection.

Shipping

Naukeli offers worldwide delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, and the shipping provider may also change based on the location.
We aim to pack all orders within 2 working days, provided the products are in stock.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping provider, the expected delivery times are:

– Europe: 1-5 days  

– USA: 3-10 days  

– Rest of the world: 3-15 days

14-Day Consumer Right of Withdrawal/Cancellation (Applies to EU Countries Only)

When you shop at Naukeli.com, you generally have 14 days to cancel your purchase. During this period, you can inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase and return the item to us.

The 14-day cancellation period starts on the day you receive the item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it is extended to the following day. For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, or for products delivered in multiple lots, the period begins upon receipt of the last item or lot.

After receiving your order, you should handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Some items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, or you may lose this right under certain conditions. We will notify you in the order confirmation if any goods are exempt from the cancellation right, such as due to the nature of the item or if the cancellation right is voided by breaking seals.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) with an unambiguous statement. Please send an email to [email protected] if you wish to cancel your purchase.

When returning items, please ensure they are securely packaged. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them, so be sure to save your mailing receipt and track and trace number. The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility.

IMPORTANT
We ask that you ship the items as soon as possible after notifying us of your cancellation. The items must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.  Note: We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash on Delivery) or via similar methods.

Documentation for Your Purchase
Please include a copy of your order confirmation or other proof of purchase with the returned items.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund. The refunded amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example, if you paid with a card, the refund will be issued to that card.

NOTE: You may lose some or all of the refund amount if the item’s value is diminished due to:

– Use of the product  

– Damage occurring while the product was in your possession  

– Handling the item(s) in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality  

– Failure to comply with restrictions on the right of withdrawal due to sealing, item type, etc.

Warranty

Naukeli provides 2 years full warranty on all goods under the Purchasing Act. Your purchase is covered by the purchase act, including the shortcomings. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must contact us within “reasonable time”
You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the item. We recommend that you advertise as quickly as possible and within 14 days after the error was detected.

When you return the item, please ascertain as much as possible what the problem is. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our handling and minimizes the time of processing your complaint. If you are eligible for a refund, we will naturally refund your reasonable shipping costs to return the item to us. If not, you will be responsible for all transport costs, including our shipping costs for returning the item after examination, and we may charge you an amount of up to 20 EUR for examination of the item.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for dispatch. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until our receipt of it. Therefore, save the receipt for mail dispatch incl. information on shipping rates and possibly track and trace number.
Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD (cash on delivery) or the like.

We strive to ensure that all information on Naukeli.com is accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, including price changes, delivery issues, printing inaccuracies, out-of-stock items, and other inadvertent mistakes. We reserve the right to exclude liability for any such errors or changes.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no employee, collaborator, or representative of Naukeli will be liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or the products sold on it. Naukeli also reserves the right to amend and update the terms and conditions of this site. We recommend that you regularly check for any updates to stay informed about any changes.
